My New Endeavor

I will be interviewing folks who are committed to sustainable agriculture and/or eating in a way that is sustainable. These people want to eat in a way that promotes health and vitality for their community, their earth, and themselves. They want to pay for their health now so that they don't have to pay the doctors later! These individuals and families shop at farmers markets, food co-ops, or are in CSAs. Some garden; some are vegan; some are raw foodies; some are omnivores; all are conscious of how their food choices can impact our world at large. Their stories will appear here! You will meet young and old, rich and poor, audacious and quiet green eaters from a wide array of racial and ethnic backgrounds. Welcome!
